  • 2 pounds salmon fillet
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon dry and check for any bones.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon in a large zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to 400-450°F or your oven to 375°F.
  5. Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard excess liquid.
  6. Grill skin-side down for 10-12 minutes per inch of thickness or bake for approximately 15-22 minutes until opaque.
