  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until mixed well.
  3. Stir in flour until crumbly. Press two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Toss sliced apples with cinnamon and nutmeg; spread over the crust.
  5. Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the apples and crumble remaining mixture on top.
  6. Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
