  • 8 oz lobster meat
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan Reggiano cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt ½ tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for one minute, then add lobster and crab meat, cooking until warmed through.
  2. In a bowl, mix cooked seafood with cream cheese, ½ cup mozzarella, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Cook jumbo shells according to package instructions; drain and cool slightly.
  4. For the sauce, melt remaining butter in the skillet. Stir in flour and cook for one minute, then gradually whisk in heavy cream until smooth. Add Parmesan and remaining mozzarella until creamy.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Layer some sauce at the bottom of a baking dish. Stuff each shell with seafood filling and place them snugly in the dish. Pour remaining sauce over the shells.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden.
