Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated flaky biscuits (8 count)
  • 3/4 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 3/4 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Flatten each biscuit slightly on a baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, lump crab meat, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley.
  4. Spoon the filling onto half of the biscuits and top with the remaining biscuits. Pinch edges to seal.
  5. Brush tops with melted butter and bake for 13–15 minutes until golden brown.
