1 lb large fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 small corn or flour tortillas
2 cups shredded green cabbage
Juice of 2 limes
1 avocado, sliced
2 tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry. Toss them with chili powder, salt, and pepper; let marinate for about 10 minutes.
