  • 8 oz imitation crab meat, shredded
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions until tender and sticky. Allow to cool slightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, imitation crab meat, and sriracha sauce until well mixed.
  3. Fold in sliced green onions for added freshness.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread sushi rice evenly in a baking dish as the base layer.
