  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (thyme, parsley, or rosemary)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let sit for 10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add eggs, softened butter, flour, and salt; knead until smooth and elastic. Let rise for 1 hour.
  3. Melt butter in a pan and sauté minced garlic for 2 minutes; stir in chopped herbs.
  4. Roll out dough into a rectangle; brush with garlic herb mixture and sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
