Ingredients
Scale
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 tsp honey
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Prepare the sauce by mixing unsalted butter, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Remove from skillet.
In the same skillet, add chicken broth to deglaze the pan, scraping up flavorful bits. Stir in the butter mixture until well combined.
Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
