  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse quinoa under cold water and cook in 2 cups of water until fluffy (about 15 minutes).
