  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook the quinoa: In a medium saucepan, combine rinsed quinoa and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes until fluffy. Let cool.
