  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, instant yeast, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together lukewarm milk, melted butter, vegetable oil, and eggs.
  3. Gradually mix wet ingredients into dry until cohesive dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8–10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place in a greased bowl, cover with cloth, and let rise in a warm place for about an hour.
  6. Mix sugar and cinnamon; add fresh raspberries to coat in this mixture.
  7. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (12×18 inches) and spread filling evenly.
  8. Roll tightly into a log; slice into twelve pieces and place cut-side up in a greased pan.
  9. Let rise again for about 30 minutes.
  10. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake rolls for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Prepare the glaze by whisking powdered sugar with lemon juice, zest, and vanilla extract; adjust consistency as needed.
  12. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.
