  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 9.25 oz Nacho Cheese Doritos, lightly crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic until the meat is no longer pink; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes; simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
